Fuel tank problem solver
I purchased this sample kit for my F350 with a Cummins conversion.The truck had been plagued with air in the fuel for the last two years, causing inconsistent performance and engine vibration, I also could not run it tank close to 1/4 Without having serious air suck problems,I installed the fuel sump in conjunction with an airdog 150, problem solved, even with 3 gallons of fuel in the tank accelerating and breaking hard no air,Also with having to return incorporated into the unit I don’t have any foaming issues that I had using the fuel T return into the filler line. The quality of this fuel sump kit is second to none true made in America quality, The 3 inch whole saw that comes with the kit belongs in the garbage can, couldn’t even scratch the tano LOL,Other than that you’re getting what you’re paying for,,,,,,, quality

Install went smooth…then
Install was as planned. Machining was quality. However as soon as fuel hit the tank the drain plug leaked.…a lot. Tried to remove it and the factory applied thread lock had it glued in there. All attempts to remove resulted in failure until I went at it with a breaker bar and a 3 foot pipe then the head stripped out. To fix the leak I had to remove the sump, drill out the drain plug and retap. I installed a hex bolt and a small o ring for the drain plug and low and behold no more driveway stains. Still a good unit just needs some rethinking for the drain

Well made product
It looks to be well made (quality CNC machining) and should work as expected, only thing is it didn’t come with the stand pipe for the return. Not a big deal as it’s just a standard plumbing pipe and I might even get a little creative with the design just for fun…

Run your tank down, so there’s not much fuel in it
It was well packaged everything looked good. I will be installing on my 2002 dodge 3500. Should be this next weekend.

You might get what you want or you might not. This has never happened to me on amazon except now.
Ordered this 2 times got the same thing both times. No a happy customer. Ordered the one with the pick up and return. Everything was there except the sump was wrong both times. Just the pickup hole. Had to go with another company to get what I wanted.

Put on most flat surface as possible
Integrated return pipe, worked we on Duramax w/Fass 165pump
