Tried 1st time today, takes time to mix in coffee, tastes creamy, BUT... WHY DOESN'T THE LABEL STATE 60/40 C8 AND C10 ON IT?? Am I getting what I paid for? Makes me suspect.

The solubility is fantastic. I don’t know if the stuff works. I do wish it was favored.

So Very Disappointed
This stuff is awful. It's supposed to dissolve, vanish completely but l just get lumps in my coffee. Just scam.doesn't deserve any star.

It Keeps You Full!
This is high-grade MCT and works! I put a scoop in my coffee in the morning, stir, and blend with a mini electric whisk and it completely dissolves. It has really curbed my hunger. I was on ozempic for 8 months and honestly, this stuff seems to work better.
