Good stuff, tiny capsules, 500 day supply !
Just had bloodwork and my Vit D levels are so low, the Doc said to take 5000 units. That’s how I came to searching and decided on Micro Ingredients m they had a good reviews and the value is great . The baggy is also awesome, saves plastic .There are 500 tiny liquid capsules and the dose is one a day . I couldn’t be happier with the ease of taking these . Only the next blood test will tell if they work . But so far I totally recommend.

Great deal for quality vitamins
Great quality vitamin for a great price. These vitamin d supplements are super effective and have helped to raise my levels as wanted. They do not leave a taste in your mouth and are so easy to swallow. They are also very small and easy to take. Super impressed with the quality and quantity.

Helped to increase levels.
My recent blood test showed I no longer have a Vit. D deficiency so extremely effective. I take these every day. Clean ingredients. This is the best quality and value for these vitamins. I will probably not use another brand for my vitamin needs. Very small and an easy pill to swallow...lol
