Fabulous! An all-natural sleep aid that actually, truly, remarkably delivers deep, restful, uninterrupted sleep without intolerable side effects!!! I have been on a quest most of this year searching for the sleep aid which will give me sleep, without the side effects, trying so many different ones & combinations. Some even actually work more as a stimulant! keeping me awake for a day and 1/2 without any sleep. Not DREAMRITE! This product comes through! I do fall asleep, as stated on bottle, within 1/2-1 hour of taking it & sleep without interruption (no more waking every 2 hours). No next-day "fogginess" or, since some put so much magnesium in their product, in & out of bathroom with bowel/intestional issues for at least 1/2 the following day. None of this with DREAMRITE! No unpleasant side-effects at all...it's wonderful!! I do believe I must be getting the quality of restorative sleep which we require...the R.E.M. sleep stage. I, for one, am Very thankful & extremely pleased to be able to write this glowing review of a natural sleep aid!!! Believe me, I've done enough testing (which gets to be quite $ price-y), DREAMRITE works & that's what you need to know - try it, you'll be in Dreamland tonight!! (And, equally important, wake refreshed tomorrow!!)

So, I'm not really a review writer, but this time I think it's worth a shout out to the product. I've tried lots of sleep aids over the past five-ish years. This one actually works for me, which says a lot. I would have to take 3 lemon balm capsules + 2-4 valerian capsules to get a similar affect - which is a lot of capsules every night, and it adds up cost-wise. Melatonin relaxes my body but not does not make my mind shut off, even with 5 - 10 mg doses. ZzQuil kind of worked for a couple days, and then I felt no effect and had to pair it with other things, which I didn't like doing and stopped shortly after. This stuff does all I need, it relaxes my body and enables my mind to shut off, with just two capsules a night, and I don't feel groggy the next morning. No bad taste either. Good product, please don't change it.

I've had issues with insomnia for years and usually take prescribed sleep medication, but usually felt so groggy every morning that I had to take a mid-morning nap. I decided to try more natural alternatives not only to keep the chemicals out of my body, but in hope that I would wake up feeling rested and not groggy every day. This supplement has helped. As with anything there are good and not so good things about it, but the good has outweighed the not so good. The good. I sleep through the night easier and actually feel awake and in good spirits when the alarm goes off. Even on weekends, when with the prescription medication I would easily sleep until noon both days, I wake up around 7 or 8 and have no need of a nap because I have no grogginess. This product does what it says it does. It doesn't knock me out, just helps me relax and get to sleep. The not so good. The instructions on the bottle are to take this with 8 oz of water 20-30 minutes before bed. If you have normal kidney function and do this then you're going to need to head to the bathroom about an hour after taking it.....so plan on getting up out of bed 30 min or so to go to the bathroom. In addition, 2 of the ingredients are known diuretics. So you drink a full glass of water half an hour before bed while taking diuretics that are going to make you need to urinate as well. Right before bed. Not great if you have issues sleeping anyway. I started taking this around 8 when I need to be in bed at 10 and have had no more issues with having to get up to urinate shortly after falling asleep. However, since this doesn't actually knock you out, taking it a little early hasn't been a problem. I just start relaxing earlier. So, not bad, but not great either on the bathroom front. Overall, I would recommend this product and will be reordering it for myself. The diuretic effects aren't great around bedtime, but are easy enough to remedy so I still give it 4 stars.

I can’t sleep through the night without it!

These sleeping aids did not work very well for me. I did notice a some positive difference in my sleeping pattern in that I have managed to consistently get six hours of sleep and have managed to go back to sleep after waking and being up for an hour or so. Overall was somewhat helpful, but I'm still not getting all the sleep I need. I did not wake up feeling groggy which was a plus.

I went into to trying this product expecting it to work really well based on the reviews. I usually go for melatonin but stopped taking that a long time ago because I did not want to be dependent on it. I've had trouble sleeping the past few months and wanted to give this one a go because it is natural and the reviews said it kept them asleep and didn't give that groggy feeling the next morning. I'm sure it works different for everyone, but I felt extremely groggy the next day where I kept falling asleep periodically throughout the day. It definitely calmed me down before bed and before I knew it I was out like a light, almost too quickly. It triggered sleep paralysis for me from the extreme sleepiness and while I was able to fall asleep, it was not very restful. The next morning I feel more tired than ever and feel like I need to sleep for 16 hours to be well rested. The serving size is two capsules which I thought was a bit too much. Maybe if the serving size was lower, it would work better. For people trying this out, it could work well for you like the other reviews, or it could make you feel more tired. Just be cautious and listen to your body.

My husband really strugles with sleeping so when I saw this it was an instant buy. It has really helped with relaxing after a long day and has helped getting more restful sleep. I love that it has everything you would get individually all in one. Will be ordering regularly!

Didn’t seem to work at first but certainly became effective after taking it a few nights in a row. I now rely on this when travelling to ensure I get some sleep despite having jet lag.

At 1st it didn't seem to work. However, overtime, I really started to sleep peacefully and like a baby.

Unfortunately, it did nothing for me. With melatonin need to to know your information about it. It seems to give me headaches.

This is one that actually works.
