I upgraded to sterling silver and it was not sterling silver. The quality is horrible and it won’t let me send it back for a refund!! Don’t choose this for your memorable necklaces, I have been waiting for weeks for this with excitement about my kids names only to be let down.

Beautiful necklace. I LOVE it! My only complaint is that I didn’t upgrade the metal. I wanted to make sure it looked good before spending the extra money and I will definitely be ordering it in real gold or silver soon!
