I'll put photos, but I used one of my hobby-tables, and some of my lighter dumbells, and my hair-dryer. Works good to make it easy to hang them. I had to use tacks because my walls have a pattern that I don't think the tape they sent will work. They look nice, I found all of the exercises I use on one side, so I didn't need all of the extra. They look nice, large enough. They shipped in one day, and delivered right to my door so they were well worth the $10 dollars for me.
