I added this to broccoli “beef” soy curls. So good!

The vegetarian no beef base is amazing. It is the perfect base for minestrone. I like this better than the no chicken base. It really curbs cravings having soup for my meals when using this base. It adds so much depth of flavor to vegetable soups now, similar to those beef flavored canned soups i used to love before becoming a lifelong vegetarian.

This has really good flavor. My husband doesn't eat meat or most by-products. This offers enough flavor that we can enjoy these vegetables together. I don't miss the ham hocks or bacon fat.
