My first time ordering this lovely massager and I Love it so much ❤️ I suffer with neck and lower back pain but oh my goodness me, this massager does its job well. My downfall is I was going to order another one for my daughter but unfortunately it’s no longer available. That makes me sad, because it’s such a good product.

This is a replacement of my old one, which has cord. I love this one way much than the old one. It does the work exactly as what described. It a big plus to be a "Cordless version" and light weight, which allow me to carry it wherever I want to lay down and turn it on whenever I would like to.

bought this as a gift for my mom, and she's absolutely loves it. It helps to relief her cervical spine and shoulders pain, and she uses it for low back massage as well, work great.

I missed my return date. This massager does a good job massaging, but it does not hold a charge very long and has to be recharged after 2 uses. It lasts about 15 minutes on a massage. the on button will not turn it on unless you hold it down and try and move it around for a bit to find the right connection to turn it on and it will not work twice in a row ever. You have to leave it off for some time before you can use it again. I was excited to get a cordless one, but this does not work well at all.

I ordered a hand handle message which never came. This is cheaper and do the same thing. I love this it's cordless and I take it to work with me. I need it for my lower back pain. This massager works great for me. It gives me some pain relief. The size is just right it covers my lower back better than a hand handle one.

This is truly wonderful. I've never tried one of these before so I can't compare it to others like it, but I can't imagine any being better than this. The heat is a nice addition and the varied choices for how strong the massaging mechanism is great. I didn't find it comfortable to use lying down, but in a recliner or chair with a high back it's great. And you can't beat the price. Very nice product.

Definitely does its job! You do have to sit up to use it, so that the massage option can rotate fully. I am very happy with my purchase!The heat function isn’t very high but overall it does help with (for me) my back pain and cramping.
