I had a small acrylic tank and wanted a glass one. This is REALLY nice; self-cleaning, temp is displayed so I know my heater is working and keeping a steady temp. Aerates the water; I do turn off the motor to feed my fish. The light is good for living plants. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a really easy set up. It was mostly done before you even took it out of the box, though now that I have it set up I kind of wish I would’ve went with a 5 gallon tank at least rather than going with a 3.7 gallon but this is a good size for small spaces. So far everything seems to work just fine. However, the problem I had was thinking that I lost my Betta fish only find that he was in the filter box that sits in the back right of the tank. Not quite sure how he got there, he could’ve got on the plants and flipped his way in. I don’t know, but it was a little worrisome to think he could get in there and possibly get hurt though I don’t know if he can. They should have some other type of cover on the top of that that will allow things to filter in, but so a fish cannot get inside

I tried this tank out for a bit for my betta and at first I was very hopeful. Sponge filter is great, it makes no noise. Love the thermometer. The lights are dimmable. After a few days though I noticed my betta was still stressed out and swimming back and forth. I’m presuming that it’s because the glass on all sides of the tank is like a mirror. Definitely not ideal for bettas. Honestly don’t buy this one for a betta. I now have to return this and start a whole new tank.

The media could not be loaded. Update!!! My betta got stuck in filter! I didn’t have it full co feed with sand, luckily he was fine! The slats in the filter are also too wide for shrimp!! They will definitely get sucked in. Plus with no way to slow flow, this really ended up being too strong for shrimp and Bettas with big fins.*****I’m pretty impressed. This is a perfect nano tank. Set up was very easy, and my new rescue betta seems to love it! I love having the digital temperature, just reassuring to know that he’s nice and warm.

I bought on 3-1-25. The filter motor broke on 7-28-25. This aquarium is difficult to clean. I didn’t like the multi color lights. And it’s too small. I recommend a 5 gallon tank,

Great little tank! I love that it tells you the temperature. We keep betta fish who like the warmer water (despite the pet store keeping them in tiny little containers) so it' helpful to know what the water temp is. Super easy to set up. Great for beginners!
