Product is good but installation service from amazon is pathetic. All excuses
Item is of good quality. A bit costly but worth it. Look wise, it’s good too.Amazon haven’t provided any installation service although a premium installation service is allocated for this. Their customer service keeps making excuses that due to a system glitch, they can’t provide its installation. One of the representative also told me to get it done from outside. This is utterly pathetic service.

Worst chair ever. The incline does not work, the wheels are flimsy, the massager is ineffective. With use of merely few months, it has become lose and very uncomfortable to use. DO NOT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY TO EVEN DEAL WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS THIS.

Good quality product for the the given price.Pros:Loved the easy to assemble manual and guide.Chair looks and feels premium.Vibrating back cushion.Strong and easy adjustmentsCons:Sometimes at make a tick noise which is weird.Seat is hard, should have been a little soft for long time seating.Side handles gets loose over time, need to tighten it.

Comfy and classic
I recently bought this one, and easy to fit actually, but the problem is it will take 1hr plus. But the chair is comfortable and sturdy. It has a fantastic massager which saves you from your long work day.
