Uh oh!!
I've just received this product and have not used it yet so I'll come back and write another review after I've used it. I did want to report that having opened the product it's totally all written in Chinese and I had to go back and make sure it was something I had indeed ordered. (I should have checked the reviews prior to ordering because another reviewer had reported this previously.) I'll give it a try. Hopefully no detrimental effects will appear!

QICAOGANGMU Chinese herbal dermatitis cream - hard to tell what's in it so use with caution
I was planning to use for dermatitis spots on my face and body and traditional Chinese medicine can be effective BUT the cream and package is mostly in Chinese so probably not meant for the US market. Nothing to be found in the listing either.I did find some English words on the package and a similar listing, with some additional ingredients, where a few people say it helps. Sooo....it seems to contains:Sophora flavescens which means “bitter root” in Chinese, has been used in Traditional Medicine for two thousand years to treat a variety of conditions including diarrhea, jaundice, and skin rashes, and to kill parasites.Cnidium monnieri - used for skin-disease and fungal and bacterial infections."Stemona japonica" its root has been traditionally used to treat conditions like eczema, which is a type of dermatitis, suggesting it may be considered a potential treatment option for dermatitis in Chinese medicine practices; however, it's important to consult a qualified practitioner before using it for this purpose. The rest is mystery unless you can read Chinese...in any case: it's important to consult a qualified practitioner before using it for this purpose, or else at your own risk.Update: I wills ay that I tried it on my dermatitis spots on my legs, and didn't have any ill effects at all. It did actually seem to improve the condition and didn't come back as bad BUT, you know, that's just anecdotal. It always seems to come and go in cycles anyways. I'll definitely use it again if it gets worse.
