Cleared up my sensitive tooth in less than a week!
Had some tooth discomfort and needed to make a change from cheaper popular toothpaste. Tried Sensodyne and within a week the sensitivity faded, teeth felt fresh and clean and even whiter. The taste is light mint with smooth texture leaving your teeth fresh and silky. It is on the speedier side but worth it.

Pretty Good Toothpaste
I got this toothpaste because it is what my dentist recommends. It's suppose to help with sensitivity and I'd say it has a bit as I have very sensitive teeth and I feel it's helped with that, if only a little. I like the minty flavor and it leaves my breath tasting fresh.

Actually works
I’ve been using this toothpaste for about a month now, and I’m seriously impressed. I bought Sensodyne Repair and Protect Whitening hoping it would help with both sensitivity and some mild staining, and it’s delivered on both. I used to get sharp pain when drinking cold water or eating sweets, but that’s gone down dramatically since I started using this. It didn’t take long either—I noticed a difference within the first week. My teeth also genuinely look cleaner and brighter. It’s not some dramatic bleach-white change (which I wouldn’t expect from a toothpaste), but it’s a natural, healthy-looking kind of whiteness that I really like. The flavor is fresh and minty without being overpowering, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean for a long time after brushing. The texture is smooth, not gritty or chalky like some other whitening pastes I’ve tried. It’s a little more expensive than regular toothpaste, but for what it does, I think it’s totally worth it—especially if you have sensitive teeth like I do. Pros: • Actually helps with tooth sensitivity • Gently whitens without irritation • Tastes good and leaves your mouth feeling fresh • Worth the price for the results Cons: • Slightly more expensive than average toothpaste • Cap design could be better (minor gripe) Definitely sticking with this one. If you’re dealing with sensitivity and want a gentle whitening effect, I’d 100% recommend it.

Gentle on Sensitive Teeth but Still Leaves Your Mouth Feeling Fully Clean
I’ve tried many toothpastes for sensitive teeth, and Sensodyne really feels like a step above the rest. Unlike some sensitive formulas that feel mild but leave your mouth not fully clean, this toothpaste actually delivers a refreshing, thorough clean while being gentle on enamel and sensitive areas. What I especially appreciate is how it gradually reduces sensitivity over time. I noticed less discomfort when drinking hot or cold beverages after just a few days of consistent use. The mint flavor is pleasant but not overpowering, making morning and evening brushing a genuinely enjoyable experience. Just make sure you use an appropriate amount when brushing for maximum benefit. Too little and it won't affect much! The size is convenient for travel, and the formula still contains fluoride for cavity protection, so you don’t have to compromise on dental health while treating sensitivity. Compared to other toothpaste brands I’ve tried, this one strikes a rare balance of effectiveness, gentleness, and flavor, making it a standout. ✅ Bottom line: If you have sensitive teeth and want a toothpaste that actually works while keeping your mouth feeling fresh and clean, Sensodyne Repair and Protect Mint is a top-tier choice. It’s a product I would repurchase without hesitation.

Helps sensitivity, gentle mint taste, better than other Sensodyne formulas
Usage context: Daily brushing, switched to this toothpaste after trying standard ones that didn’t help with sensitivity. Expectations vs. reality: This toothpaste feels smooth and not overly gritty. It definitely helps with tooth sensitivity — I noticed improvement after regular use. The whitening effect isn’t dramatic, but it does keep my teeth looking clean and slightly brighter over time. Flavor is mild and fresh without being overpowering. Details: Texture: smooth paste, not grainy. Flavor: light mint, not too strong. Sensitivity: noticeable improvement after consistent use. Whitening: subtle, not a dramatic change. Price: a little higher than standard toothpaste, but reasonable for the results. Formula: I’ve tried another Sensodyne that uses a different type of fluoride (not sodium fluoride). That version has a reputation for staining teeth. While I didn’t experience staining myself, I still prefer this sodium fluoride version because it feels cleaner and works better for me. What I liked: Actually reduces sensitivity with daily use Gentle, mild mint taste Leaves mouth feeling clean and fresh Preferred formula compared to other Sensodyne types What I didn’t: Whitening is mild — don’t expect big changes Smaller tube than standard toothpaste for the price Who it’s for / not for: For: People dealing with tooth sensitivity who want a dependable daily paste. Not for: Buyers expecting strong whitening results. Bottom line: This toothpaste does what it promises for sensitivity and leaves a clean, fresh feel. The sodium fluoride formula is better than other versions I’ve tried, making it a dependable choice even if it costs a bit more than standard pastes.

Truly works - desensitizes your teeth!
My dentist told me that I can even use a very, very small amount dabbed on the side of my tooth & gums just before going to bed for Toothache!! Has a pleasant taste too. If you like a strong mint flavor, you might not care for this. Great price on Amazon too!
