Really Cool
Works I like that it can be used both hot and cold. Does not take up much room?

Not properly refurbished
Doesn't work correctly, doesn't froth or heat up. Can't do the normal Amazon return this is a third party have to wait for a label that took almost a week.

Consistently good froth
Makes a nice froth, hot or cold. Not the fastest frother I've owned, but does a good job. It was refurbished and arrived without the extra mix attachment or user guide. I called the seller, who e-mailed me the guide and is sending the mixer. This brand has a cool feature that the cheaper ones don't have: The whisk or mixer is magnetized to the stem in the bottom of the container. It pops right back into place after washing! It doesn't have a pouring handle though, and I miss that from the old model.
