This product is awesome. I have always had trouble with premature ejaculation and just kind of dealt with it the best I could. I found this and figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. It did not disappoint. I applied as directed on tube, waited about 5 minutes, put on a condom, and went to work. I didn't rinse it or anything- it seems to absorb quite well so there's very little residue after application. I noticed a subtle odor to the cream that didn't bother me. There was a slight tingling sensation, but no burning. The desensitizing effect seemed to last for about 30 minutes after application, maybe a little more.I would say subjectively that it reduced sensitivity during sex by about 70-75%, which I was completely fine with because it allowed me to last about 5 or 6 times longer than normal and was able to control when I ejaculated way better. I didn't time myself or anything, but where I would usually struggle to last for 1 to 2 minutes of intercourse, this product allowed me to go upwards of 10 minutes with a much greater feeling of control.I've been married for several years, and would more often than not piss off my wife due to my prematurity. Not anymore! I can only speak to my situation, but if you're in a relationship where your partner won't think you're weird for applying this cream, and you find yourself not being able to last long enough to satisfy on a consistent basis - give this product a shot. It is a decent product and I'm sure it is more effective for some others than it is for me because I don't notice much of a difference. Personally, it does take the sensation out of the experience but it doesn't add much of a delay to orgasm for me. It certainly gives a numbing effect and it doesn't seem to affect my partner's experience but it doesn't prolong it much if at all for me.

I am extremely sensitive and climax way too fast unless I'm having sex everyday with my wife. I mean like 5-20 seconds fast soon as I actually start stroking it. This product definitely does what it is supposed to do. However, it didn't make a huge difference for me like I thought it would. But that is definitely no fault to the product. There are definitely some things to know before use. This product will start numbing in 2-3 min, HOWEVER, don't expect that to be long enough. Where I noticed the biggest difference was when I let this product set for 15 minutes. I tried multiple times after 3-5 min and it maybe added 30 seconds. When I let it set for 15 minutes it definitely helped me add a few minutes, like maybe 2-3 minutes. I really expected it to help me last another 5-15 minutes. But that is no fault of the product. Even when I do climax, I am still mostly numb. I do feel the climax and it is no less enjoyable. This product for me hasn't hindered my experience. I'm just so sensitive that even with it mostly numb I still climax quicker than I would like. However, I must say this has made our sex life better just not as much as I was hoping for.

It used to be very good but lately either they have changed the formula and now its not working at all.

The only con about this item is that you need to apply it and wait a few minutes for it to work. So if you're in a rush and don't have much notice, this may not be the product for you. You also need to remember that A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. Don't apply this like a lotion. Apply it like an antibacterial cream - a small amount is all you need. Of course, you'll have to play and find the amount that works with the sensitivity level you're looking for.However, we have the opportunity for my husband to apply the cream and wait for it to dry/absorb before beginning activity. From personal experience, once absorbed, this item DOES NOT TRANSFER TO YOUR PARTNER unlike other delay creams. It also does not have a taste/scent once applied and absorbed. Also opted for the cream rather than the spray so application can be much more controlled.The item had a sanitary seal under the cap which was unopened upon arrival. Item was delivered on-time. The item was shipped in a padded mailer which was slightly crushed during transit, but the item inside wasn't affected.Such as awesome product - now my husband can finally keep up with me!
