Received on time and in good condition. This is my second 3d printer first one being an ender 3 v2. Coming from an ender it's so much easier and faster to print. There is almost zero tinkering and it prints so well with good quality. There's no manual bed leveling and the print sticks to the build plate almost too well and it's a bit difficult to remove without cooling down the build plate, ofcourse it can be removed by removing the build plate and flexing it but I tend not to do that often. The fact that I can start a print from another room (or somewhere remote) from my phone/laptop (for additional control) by choosing a model and print it without any effort is mind-blowing.

Been using it only a couple of days but I love it. It was packaged very well and was fairly easy to assemble. Very beginner friendly but very capable as well. Been getting excellent prints so far.

If used with quality filament, it give great prints. Was easy to assemble just follow the instructions on any youtube video.

**Totally disappointed with WOL3D Noida (Modi Tower).** Honestly, I feel like I have wasted my **₹1,20,000** buying a printer from them. I purchased the machine hoping to start using it peacefully, but instead, it has become a constant source of stress. First, they told me that **installation has to be done by me**, otherwise I would have to pay around **₹3,500** for installation. On top of that, delivery was also my responsibility. I am from Meerut, so I paid around **₹3,000 for delivery from my own pocket**. When I received the printer, I found that **a part inside the box was already broken**. After complaining, I was told that I had to **carry the printer from Meerut to Noida myself** and bring it to their office for replacement. That meant another huge expense and inconvenience, with around **₹5,000+ in travel/transport costs**. I somehow continued using the printer, but then, within a month, **the display stopped working**. When I contacted them again, I was told that the engineer was unavailable for almost a month because he was on a trip to Ladakh. The alternative they gave me was again to **bring the printer to their Noida office at my own expense**, or they would provide the display and **I would have to replace it myself**. At this point, I am completely burned out. I bought a ₹1.2 lakh machine because I wanted to focus on my work/business, but instead, I feel like I have taken a huge responsibility and headache on my head. Every problem means another trip between **Meerut and Noida with a heavy printer**, along with additional expenses and lost time. My biggest disappointment is not just the machine issues — it is the **after-sales support and the way the problems are being handled**. I expected much better support after spending ₹1,20,000. I genuinely regret this purchase and **will not purchase another product from WOL3D Noida (Modi Tower)** based on my experience. I just wanted to use my machine and build something with it. Instead, the entire experience has become a source of stress, expense, and frustration.
