Customer service was unmatched when item was sent with a mixed up part for assembly. There was a an actual person on the other end of the phone when I called for assistance. The production team helped rectify the situation quickly and with great communication. The mirror is sleek looking and good quality.

My husband and I decided to buy this medicine cabinet because we wanted a black one to match the other hardware in our bathroom, but we needed it to be metal so moisture wouldn't ruin it. We also needed one that didn't cost an absurd amount. We looked on FB marketplace, Lowes, Home Depot, and several other local stores and elsewhere online. We couldn't find what we wanted for the right price until we found this specific cabinet here on Amazon from TokeShimi. When we ordered it, we were hesitant because there were no reviews on this particular cabinet and it can be a gamble to order from some companies that sell through Amazon. I checked the TokeShimi online storefront through Amazon and their other products had great reviews, so we gave it a chance.When we first ordered this black, metal 30x26 medicine cabinet in mid-October, 2024, we had just finished remodeling our bathroom and this was one of the last touches to put in. We received it very quickly - within a week. When we were putting it together to put in our bathroom, we started to realize that some parts were not the right size and we wouldn't be able to put it together. I went back to this page to check if anyone had reviewed this product, yet, and I was in luck! At the time when I checked the reviews, there were 3 of them and all but 1 stated that they received the product, but with the wrong measurements. The reviews had stated that they contacted the company and they resolved the issue. After searching through the manual that came with it and looking online, I was able to find a phone number to contact and an email.I called the phone number and talked to Vivien, who told me that they were aware of this issue and that I would need to send them an email with pictures, measurements, and Amazon order number. She stated that they would send me a new cabinet, free of charge and I didn't need to send the other one back, which was something I was worried about given how efficiently it was packed originally! Vivien also corresponded with me over email and was very quick and kind. She said that they could send us a silver color, metal cabinet instead, but I declined as we wanted a black one. She stated that it would be a while before they could send out the corrected medicine cabinet, she didn't have an exact time, and that she would email me when it was shipped. Luckily, this was just a medicine cabinet and not something 'essential' to have in the bathroom. We were fine with waiting due to that. I did ask her to email me when she had an approximate shipping date, and she did. It was about a month away. About a month went by and I hadn't received an update or shipping number, so I emailed her and Vivien sent me tracking information for the new cabinet. Unfortunately, having to email them to get the tracking information made me feel like they had forgotten about me. Perhaps it was coincidence that it was ready at the time I emailed.When we received the corrected medicine cabinet, less than a week from getting my tracking information, it was packaged extremely well. It came with all the hardware you need to build and hang it. Everything was measured correctly this time. Nothing was broken, cracked or scratched. It was easy to put together and only took about an hour. The soft close hinges are wonderful. The mirrors are nice and came with no cracks. The whole cabinet/metal feels very sturdy and can hold a decent amount of weight. The shelves are not very deep, but that's okay for what we need to store in it. The only thing I didn't like were the stickers to cover the screws. They were way too thin and look quite tacky, but that is something we can find elsewhere to fix. It's not a big deal since that is something inside the cabinet. It looks great in our bathroom and it is exactly what we wanted. I'm happy we could find a cabinet that is 30x26, black and metal for under $300. Now we have a cabinet that fits perfectly in the spot we needed it, it matches the rest of our bathroom AND we don't have to worry about water damage like you would with some of these newer cabinets made with MDF.Thanks TokeShimi and a special thanks to Vivien working in their customer service!

The assembly instructions were very poor!!!Had 4 different people look at the instructions and try to assemble… nobody could figure it out. Return.

This cabinet is exactly what I was looking for—sleek, not bulky, and customizable with door placement. The shelves are impressively sturdy, and I’d absolutely purchase it again. I always leave reviews because I rely on them when shopping, and this one deserves a solid recommendation. It comes with a lot of parts, but if I could put it together, trust me, anyone can!

Nice mirror for small spaces

Well built, solid cabinet. Instructions are a bit on the difficult side to follow but everything is organized and lettered in individual bags. Tolerance were a bit tight on some of the plastic end pieces. Was not really pleased with the gap between the mirrors once you put the two cabinets together. Would be nice if the doors lined up closer together. All in all not a bad cabinet for the money.
