Amazing and healing book to work through
I really love this book. I also have the Audible version so I listen as I read. I take it very slow. Let this be therapy for your pain suffering. Take it slow as it says in the book and with Grace and it will heal you. I’m going step-by-step and I already feel more confident And that I’m creating constant messages of safety for my brain.

Blackstone and Sinaiko have written a self-help masterpiece. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and have been using pain reprocessing therapy (PRT) with clients for a few years. I’ve seen PRT work miracles in getting folks out of pain and into living bolder, fuller lives. This workbook is everything I’ve wanted to provide a more structured approach to PRT so I can help more folks get better faster. The lessons, exercises, and audio content are outstanding. The tone is intelligent without being overly academic. I’m buying more copies for loved ones and will suggest that all of my chronic pain clients get a copy.

If you are living with chronic pain, you need to read this book!
As a trained pain reprocessing therapy clinician, I am so thrilled to have this book to recommend to my patients! The workbook is everything I had hoped it would be when I first heard it was coming out- the authors clearly explain neuroplastic pain and provide a roadmap with pain reprocessing therapy strategies and skills to follow to help people fundamentally change their response to pain thus their experience of chronic pain. I encourage anyone living with chronic pain to be open to this mindbody approach, it can literally change your life. This book would also be fantastic for healthcare professionals who work withe people impacted by chronic pain. Highly recommend!!!
