I've been using Plano tackle boxes for as long as I can remember!! The name Plano is synonymous with the word "quality"!!!! COMPLETELY TRUE!!!!!😃 My tackle box was getting too old and had seen better days. It was time I treated myself to a new box. I looked on Amazon and saw this tackle box from my favorite vendor, PLANO, and it was ordered faster than lightning!!! This tackle box is made for the serious angler!!! After opening the heavy-duty double latch, the box opens to reveal the three organizational trays for my gear. Lifting the top tray layer, the other two trays follow smoothly!! The three trays, held together and moved by an accordion system of brackets, reveal an enormous amount of storage space just waiting to be filled. The trays all have separate compartments to organize my gear, and additional plastic partitions to further increase the need for more specialized storage. The trays are sturdy and deep, allowing the storage of large lures, small lures, soft lures, and swivels, to name a few of the possible pieces of gear you can safely store. The tray system is extremely secure, and even after I loaded up the trays, the box remained level and did not tip back like some other lesser quality boxes. After the trays were armed for battle with fish, the bottom section of this tackle box is rather roomy. It has plenty of space for larger items such as hook removers, fishing pliers, lip grippers, a knife, and more. I use the bottom of the box to store sinkers, steel leads, bobbers, extra hooks, and other essential tackle that won't fit in a tray compartment. If this tackle box is too small for you, you're carrying too much gear!!! THIS BOX HAS ROOM FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND NONE FOR WHAT YOU DON'T!!!!😄 The lid of the box has two "secret" compartments that are handy for storing frequently used or immediately necessary gear. The handle attached to this box feels good in my hand. It is just the right size to hang onto your box and not experience hand fatigue even after a long walk. The handle is constructed with a swivel, so it can move as you move. Plano always produces equipment that is thoughtfully designed, well-constructed, and made to last!!!! I'm loving using this new box!!! I have it organized, thanks to Plano's copious storage compartments, just the way I want it to be while at waterside. This box is heavy-duty plastic that can easily become a make-shift seat if necessary. This box will last me a long time, considering its robust construction and well-engineered design!!! 🚩I rate this Plano Tackle Box a solid 10 out of 10 because it is made with care and quality, the box's components are top-notch and made to last, it can hold an enormous amount of tackle, the trays help you organize your gear to your specifications, and the box's outer shield of plastic armor will ensure the contents inside will be safe and secure!!! Not sure why anyone would write a negative review on this tackle box unless it was received damaged. I have way too many tackle boxes (frankly it’s embarrassing). I bring too much stuff on the boat and end up using just a few baits. This box will help me pack just what I want to use (largemouth primarily) and I’ll leave 90% of the “clutter” at home. It’s sturdy (unless you plan on throwing it around) , nice looking, and will easily hold a few crank baits, a couple top water, a couple spinners, and plastics (in the bottom). Scissors, hook removal tool, etc will all fit in the bottom, and not be cramped. For the price, and Plano quality, I’d buy it again any day.

This is a very sturdy tacklebox everything about it is what I needed. I am using it for peptides, syringes, alcohol wipes vials and such. There are many compartments and dividers enabling me to create bigger spaces if needed. It says tackle box but definitely many other useful purposes.

Great little tackle box! Made with thick materials, the latch works great. Easy to open and close! The compartments were perfect to hold hooks and lures. Definitely recommend!

So far so goodGreat to organize children's Legos and other building with parts kits. Sturdy, strong, great close/lock mechanism. Place to add separate lock as desired. Nice calm color.I purchased 2 and they are holding up well. I wanted double trays for space. I was worried 3 trays would not have been as sturdy. My only concern is its plastic, as is everything these days. When I was a child, everyone's tackle boxes were metal and passed down from parent to child. I haven't found any made with such high craftsmanship and materials as used to be. These are good middle ground for comparison. I expect my family to use them for years.

Nice size. Works fine. Not too heavy. It has a good variety of size compartments. Great for storing art supplies.
