This is incredibly easy to set up. It arrives flat; all you have to do is rotate the two supports into place, and slot it into the door frame. When you've finished, you can fold it up again. It's a couple of seconds' work. It's a substantial and heavy bar, and I was nervous about whether my door frames/plasterboard wall would hold it. But it seems fine. I think you could leave it in place when you're not exercising - but I felt more comfortable taking it down.Unfortunately, I've been away from the gym for a while, and getting this bar showed me how weak I've become. It's good for both wide grasp /overhang pull ups, and close grip chin-ups too. There's a little bit of padding for improved grip, and overall, it's easy to grasp: shame I couldn't do any pull-ups... I've previously used a bar which mounted inside the door-frame: this one has the benefit of being wider, and higher up, so it's easier to hang properly for a full range of motion.Hopefully, this will be a good incentive to exercise regularly. There's certainly no excuse now...

Finally a sturdy pull up bar!! Have had similar before but they're nowhere near the size or quality of this one, Very stable, easily able to hold my susbstantial bulk.Easy to assemble, easy to stick above the door and remove too., doesn't mark or harm the walls or door frame. Excellent.
