I started taking this 3 months ago and notice a large difference in how much I eat. I have a high metabolism naturally and burn through my calories pretty quickly. I drive all day, do a physical job, and workout 5 times a week. I can eat to sustain my weight. But trying maintain a calorie deficit is near impossible.I normally take 2 pills when I wake up in the morning. Eat a 400 calorie breakfast. After that, I’ve noticed I can go pretty much untilDinner eating a couple of packs of mixed nuts and a granola bar. Even for dinner, I can’t eat a large meal. Has worked pretty good so far.

I don’t have time to write many reviews. But I have to say this is a great product. It’s kind of those last 5 pounds product. I take two a half an hour before I have my dinner. I don’t eat as much.
