My grandson had so much fun with these. He just turned one, and is still getting the hang of how to make it go. The colors are vivid, and will help with learning color names. We can talk about the green dinosaur, or the blue car, etc. They're sturdily made, and I have no concerns about choking hazards.I'm deducting one star only because they don't run well on a medium pile carpet. But on the hardwood kitchen floor, they easily ran for ten feet or more. The speed and sudden movement is pretty thrilling for a little one.

Cars are a great fit for a one year old. My sisters grand baby loves them. It’s the only toy he has really taken too since his party. Makes me very happy. The head is easy to push down and man do they book across the floor. They seem very durable because one flew off table when I was checking them out and it didn’t even get scratched.
