Really nice controller, especially for the price. It really punches above its weight. Lovely hall effect sticks and hall effect triggers, nice feeling face buttons, reasonable dpad and incredible low latency. I'm so pleased with this controller.I also bought the Adapter 2 which works great for using this as a switch controller. It means I can set it to 2.4ghz mode for my PC and then switch it (using a switch on the back) to Bluetooth mode so it works as a solid switch controller.There are no extra buttons for mapping which may be an issue for some people but not me as I don't really care for those kinds of buttons.I do wish there was a proper phone mount available for this controller though!Overall would definitely recommend, especially over Xbox and PS5 controllers which can be double or even triple the price.

Insane value for money - one of the best controllers I've owned at a fraction of the cost of most others. Triggers are really smooth and have just the right amount of resistance, the textured surface on the back feels really nice in the hand and grips well, and the two extra assignable buttons next to the shoulder buttons are nice. The ONE downside is that the centre/start/select buttons are slightly hard to reach whilst holding normally but this is such a minor inconvenience that it doesn't effect how good the controller is overall.

I was using an old generic Xbox controller on my pc for flight sim 2024, I found that it was hard to fly smoothly due to the poor response from the analogue sticks. I saw these being reviewed on YouTube and they looked really good value. It took a few days to be delivered but it was well worth it. Very good build quality and premium feeling materials, there is one slight rough join but it's not where your hands are placed on the controller, so can live with that. It connects instantly without any software via WiFi and works seamlessly. The flight experience is now transformed, the hall effect sticks are really smooth and accurate so I can fly without over correcting, I've also used it for Elite Dangerous and it's massively improved the flight experience. It looks great too! Really happy with this and would highly recommend. I expect it would be great for racing games as well due the accurate analogue triggers.

The controller is great quality for the price, and certainly a step up from a generic PS4/PS5 copy from China.It pairs on my PC using Bluetooth very quick, as well as the 2.4ghz dongle. Tested with my laptop and desktop, works flawlessly in both modes on each device. Excellent!The buttons are great quality, feels good, very responsive, perfect.The only downsides I have is that the controller is smaller than I imagined. I just played an hour of BO6 and my left hand knuckles are cramped.The analogue sticks thumb pads feel very small, coming from a PS4 gamepad, the 8bitdo feels small and finicky.. Hard to describe..When clicking the left analogue stick in, the L3 button, i feel the stick flip and I move the stick left or right. If the thumbpads on the analogue sticks were larger I don't think this would happen, as well as the feel of the analogue sticks being much looser feeling than a PS4 gamepad.Having said that, that's my initial thoughts. I know it takes some time to get used to a new gamepad after using a different one for years, but the handcramps kinda suck right now.If you have larger hands, I'd avoid this one. 👍Overall, I can't fault the quality here, excellent value for money, but maybe just not the right one for me 🤷

Works great. Good battery life. Comfortable to hold. Well recognised by Windows. Good range on the dongle - I can sit on the sofa with my PC in the opposite corner gaming.

Okay, I was not expecting to get the 8bitdo Bluetooth adapter with this, making this a complete bargain and a must buy.Quality feels amazing, it has the L4 and R4, making this a good upgrade. I would rather have had Sony Layout. But hey, for the price, I can't complain. Honestly, the Bluetooth and controller for the price are a must.

This joypad is well built, has good responses and after several months of regular use I have zero complaints.Boasts Hall Effect joysticks , ( magnetic sensors as opposed to mechanical - which wear over time ) which in theory means these should last much longer than traditional sticks and not develop drift.For the price I can really recommend these as so far are performing excellently and shape feels good in the hands.FYI. I've had another 8bitdo Hall Effect joypad for over a year. That has also performed flawlessly thoughout regular use. Which is why I bought this one ,, before any possible price increases or stock shortages.Additional NB:I use both as wired controllers,, so I can't give any opinion on the actual wireless connectivity.

To me, after many years of using a Xbox 360, Xbox one, then Xbox series controller, each new controller lasting less time than the previous generation and feeling less well made, after purchasing an Elite 2 controller and it being one of the worst for longevity. This 8BitDo controller feels sturdy and responsive, especially give it cost 10% the price of the Elite controller, wireless dongle, instantly connects and simply works out the box. 100% recommend for a well priced (not cheap as cheap implies bad) decent quality PC controller.
