Not large enough to fit A4 book or papers
The striking colour and durability of the fabric are the best features of this product. Bought this based on the measurements on the product page. However was disappointed that it was smaller than the measurements and therefore an A4 size book or papers would not fit. The design of the backstraps could be improved as well. When you unzip the backstrap the unique design allows it to split into two straps so you can use it as a backpack. however the zip does not go far enough and we are unable to make the strap shorter because the zipped part will not catch onto the metal squares to hold the strap to the desired length. Consequently the bag will hang lower on your child's back and it is uncomfortable. It has been a number of years and the fabric is still durable and not torn or given way unlike some other bags.

Looks good
This bag looks good, but is slides off your shoulder. It is very slippery material and although it is blue, it has pink in it, which makes it less desirable for boys. Not very practical for kids.
