Honestly, it's good for babies and adults just fine
Great for at home use, not really designed for travel, but you could easily pack it and take it with you on travels...just know that isn't the primary design or focus. The suction on this is definitely strong enough for a baby and you can ramp it up if you ever wanted to use it yourself or on an adult. I don't think full power is necessary for babies. Since they cannot blow their nose, this offers some relief to them and since it's not just a manual bulb type, I would say that its more effective through the various sizes and attachments. The cleaning is not "easy" per se, but it's not difficult either. You can soak them in a bowl or sink of warm soapy water, to help break up the mucus, then rinse it all out. Shouldn't be much harder than that tbh. I actually used this myself where my sinuses were so wrecked and I was incredibly stuffy, but every time I would blow my nose, the reverse pressure was messing with my eardrums (that awful feeling...ugh) so using this was much more delicate on my ears internally and I didn't have to worry about blowing my nose too hard.

Seems good but I'm not sure how safe it actually is
So the thing with a baby is they can't really blow their nose. People used those plastic/silicone bulb devices to suck the spitup and snot out of their nose for ages, and they work but like, you're not supposed to completely plug their nose and apply suction to their entire sinus cavity. I'm a bit more comfortable using the straw suction because you can delicately apply suction as necessary. That said, before testing this on the little one I used it on my self and can say that it appears to be reasonably okay. The suction levels get pretty strong but it didn't seem to damage my nose or anything like that, but I wouldn't use the highest levels on a really tiny 1 month old, for example. It's convenient that the mucus collector can be cleaned out though, it's actually pretty annoying to clean out the bulb-type mucus "booger sucker".All in all, I'll use this sparingly because I'm not sure what the long term effects of something like this could be, and have been leaning more toward keeping them upright after feeding in order to mitigate the problem all together by reducing the crying/reflux/face fluids all round.

Effective and Versatile
This was effective in helping clear mucus from my baby's nose. The different nozzles and suction settings are helpful for picking the right size, and they broaden the age range of the product to make it useful for older children and even adults with special needs that prevent them from being able to blow their noses. The silicone spouts are easy to throw in the dishwasher. While it's not super compact like the handheld variety, it is somewhat portable with the included travel bag. It is my favorite of the nasal aspirators I have owned hands down!

Handy, but...
This "booger sucker" is a handy tool to have, but there are a couple things you should know. The little bulbs can be a pain to clean out, and it's probably not going to be what you grab for portability. It's good to have nearby, but on the go you're still going to want to take the little bulb-suction device with you.

Quick, Comfortable Nose Cleaning
Babytone Baby Nasal Aspirator made clearing my little one’s stuffy nose much simpler than using a manual bulb. The different suction levels let me adjust the strength, and the included tips fit tiny nostrils comfortably. The whole unit is just fairly large.

Much more than an aspirator.
This Babytone Baby Nasal Aspirator is a combination unit that is more than just a “booger sucker,” as it’s described in the listing. It does that part well. I like that it's BPA free and comes with three different comfortable silicone tips so you can find the right size and shape for your baby’s nostril, and the tip even lights up for use at night. The aspirator part comes stored inside a cool base unit, which it attaches to via a hose. The base unit is rechargeable with a USB-C cable; I like how the front panel tells you exactly what the percentage of charge it has. You can choose among nine different power levels on the base, and they’re quite quiet, although you can hear when you are getting to the greater/higher suction levels.I like also how the unit has a blue nightlight on the side, as well as a little music feature with a couple lullabies and volume adjustment. It even comes with helpful extras like cleaning tools (a rubber bulb to clean the hose and a little brush to clean out the aspirator), as well as a drawstring carrying bag. Neat unit that would make a great shower gift.

Does the job!
This nose aspirator does and gets those little boogers out helping with congestion. Has a light, music and other good functions. It isn’t as convenient to carry as the single nose bulb because you have to pack up the aspirator along with the needed supplies and bulp as well as cleaning items. It has a few level options and is gentle on the nose with all levels. You get 3 different nose size inserts. Very simple and easy to read instructions and follow direction. Rechargeable and isn’t uncomfortably loud. Easy read led and push buttons. Overall makes a good baby shower gift.
