A bit pricey for just a small amount.
Sure thing! Here’s my own take on the "wobniaR Layer Chicken Feed - Blind Rhino All Natural & Clean Whole Grain Layer Chicken Feed"I must say, I'm quite impressed with the quality of ingredients in this feed. It's packed with whole grains like wheat, field peas, alfalfa, milo, and sunflower—making it a wholesome choice for chickens. The fact that it’s USDA Organic certified and corn-free is a significant plus, ensuring that your feathered friends are getting the best nutrition without any unwanted additives. One potential downside is the price. At $16.99 for a 2-pound bag, it does seem a bit steep for the quantity provided. However, considering the quality and the benefits of feeding your chickens a healthy, balanced diet, it might be worth the investment.A common issue that some users have pointed out is that chickens tend to pick out their favorite pieces, which could lead to a nutritional imbalance. A helpful tip to mitigate this problem is to ferment the feed. Fermenting the feed binds the grains and fines together, ensuring your chickens get a more balanced diet and making the nutrients more digestible.Overall, if you value high-quality, natural ingredients for your chickens and don't mind spending a bit extra, this feed could be a great choice for you. Just keep in mind the potential need to ferment the feed to ensure your chickens are getting all the nutrients they need.I can buy 40lbs for less though. To pricey for small amount.I am grateful and thankful.I hope this finds you well and thank you kindly for reading.

Nice grains, lots of "dust"
I love the unique packaging and the mission around this product. My chickens liked it, however I couldn't use it as their primary food as it was a lot of seeds but even more "powder" (herbs, seed dust) which my chickens won't eat. I ended up using it mostly as a topper or added to treats for my layers and then adding supplemental oil to get it to stick to the other feed. It looks like very clean high quality grains and herbs. However it is quite pricey for the amount you get - and it seems like a treat size/sample bag rather than something you'd use as a feed, unless you had 1 hen and it would last them maybe a week or two. Nice concept though but people need to know you aren't going to feed for long with this small bag.

From Peeps to Pullets!
I got one little baby chick over the summer because I was going through some feelings and I wanted a tiny living creature to treat the way I wished people would treat me.This little baby chick and I are total buddies, we hang out together and watch tv and go hang out in the garden together. Life is grand! But she's getting a bit large for keeping indoors. And there's no way we're just going to push our buddy outside and forget about her like she did something wrong. We devised a plan: We got three new baby chicks. Hoping at least one is a female because our (for now) indoor feathered friend needs a hen friend! Now we are raising one chicken basically like a parrot and three that are about a week old at this point living in an old 55 gallon aquarium.(If you do that don't put a heat lamp in there: nowhere for the heat to escape, you don't want that kind of chicky nuggies.)Also, I can't over emphasize how much my chickens all love this food. From "peeps to pullets." I think I came up with that, though you can never be sure you didn't see it somewhere else first.

Very small bag.
Seems like weight / volume is intentionally hard to find on this listing (Still cant find it). Delivered fast, but this is a snack size bag. Unlike most listings in this category of feed. its the size of an Uncle bens single serve instant rice bag.its so small, i actually laughed when i opened it. 5x the price of a comparable feed.

Great feed
This really does look like good quality feed and the girls love this stuff, but for me this does not last long and would be expensive if I used this solely for feed. I think this will be best suited as an occasional treat. Really great otherwise.

Best used as a supplement
This is a descent food, but far too pricey to use as a primary feed. My chickens enjoy it as a snack instead. I scatter it amongst their primary feed for a little extra something. For the most part they like it, but there are some less substantial parts in it that seem to just blow away when I dump it out, so that gets wasted.
