The colour is great and looks exactly like the picture. The case is sturdy and fits a lot inside and was perfect for my trip

Used it for recent travel and it held up well. Was my all scratched after being thrown around by baggage handlers as I was worried about with it being white/ cream. All seems good! Perfect size for a week away.

I ordered 2x 28inch cases but one was delivered with the lock already applied and the number on the tag for the supposed password was not the same. After a few hours of trying I actually managed to get a working combination so I could unlock and change this to my own code.I had emailed the seller to advise and explain what had happened but to this day I have not got a response from them and this is over 2 weeks ago now.The cases themselves are of good quality but they have been marked down because future support should you need it appears to be non existent.Update!After a flight and holiday travel later the cases have stood up better than I had thought they would but the reseller has never returned to me or offered any support regards the combination not set correctly when delivered. Increase to 4 stars from 2 because they are working well now but disappointing support from seller.

Ich bin mit dem Koffer schon ein wenig gereist. Keine Probleme als Handgepäck bei Lufthansa und Turkish Airlines. Auch im ICE einfach ob in die Gepäckablage legen ist kein Problem. Die Rollen fallen auch nicht gleich ab, wenn man den Koffer mal über grobe Oberflächen zieht. Wenn ich noch mal einen Koffer brauche, werde ich bestimmt nach KONO suchen ;-)
