The setup was super simple- the machine is ready to go right out of the box! I added water and did a clean cycle first and then immediately started using. The ice production is slow at first, but once the machine gets rolling, the ice output is very good. It also can be a little noisy at first, but the noise level seems to dissipate after the first cycle. I like that the machine came with ice bags that was an added bonus. The bin inside the machine is much larger than other ice machines I’ve had in the past.Very happy with my purchase so far and would definitely recommend!

Great ice maker. It’s a great size and fits in a little nook by my oven and cabinets. Our last ice maker was noisy. Didn’t really notice til we got this one. It’s pretty quiet. The ice bin is a good size and refills quickly. Looks sleek and the nugget ice tastes great! Very functional and a great value! I would 10/10 recommend.

I felt inclined to write a review on this ice maker. We found the ice to be wonderful and addictively chewable. However, all good things must come to an end. The machine made it ALMOST 5 months before failing. The last month it moaned like an underpaid worker doing heavy labor. Like the machine, but I’ll not replace it for the price and expectation of a 5 month lifespan.EDIT: the company reached out and has replaced the ice machine. Great customer service! Love the ice and can’t wait to get it going again!

The media could not be loaded. So it makes ice, quick and easy. On that front, it's great. The regular noise it makes is loud, but bearable. But when it's low on water, it makes this awful screeching. It's really quite distracting.

Makes good ice, does not hold a lot of ice and you have to keep check on emptying ice and adding water.when the ice is filled it cuts off (good) when the ice melts down you have to manually restart it it WILL NOT automatically restart (bad) when you freeze the ice it becomes hard and not as good to eat so I don’t recommend storing the ice unless it’s put into a cooler for use on the same day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works great and very easy to clean. I got the Whirlpool version from Costco as a gift and it was very noisy, difficult to clean and stopped working after only a few months. This ice maker is very quiet and makes ice very quickly. The only thing I wish is that the basket was larger. It fills up fast and then you have to switch the maker back on to continue making ice

Was looking for a quality ice machine and decided to try this product by Inoviva. Absolutely terrific appliance and looks nice in my kitchen too. Sleek and stylish. Makes plenty of ice and leaves no mess. I was in need of a product that I could have at my home for hosting family gatherings. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality ice maker.

The media could not be loaded. Delivered 7-10-25. Today is 7-15-25. Stopped making ice and making a loud screeching noise. Going back. I have to add that it blows really hot air from it’s fan. Really annoying when I’m trying to keep my house cool. Sending it back.
