First thing to say about these lions mane gummies is they are a little bigger than other gummies I have for things like magnesium or creatine, but they’re also one of the tastiest too, and that helps the scoring here. I’ve had supplements in tablet form that taste like compressed cardboard, so gummies is a win for me in these terms and the quality in terms of taste of these gummies is good.. but sugar is the first ingredient on the list.It was the Amazon series Clarkson’s Farm that got my wife interested in Lion’s Mane mushrooms and their potential cognitive benefits. I will refrain from telling you Jeremy’s nickname for the mushrooms, but if you do know, don’t let that put you off!2000mg of lions mane is a slightly higher dose but it is safe (obviously) and although after a week of trying these I cannot hand on heart say these definitely work in terms of alertness or energy, I can tell you they’re easy to take, and potential benefits give hope that potential turns into real benefits.

They taste good and the fact they supplement my B5 and B12 is good to know, but as for the other claims of mental well-being that has to be taken with a huge pinch of salt... As long as you judge the gummies on the things they do that are not down to claims but facts a thumbs up from me.

These are a bit sickly sweet and have a gooey texture, not my favourite flavour to be honest but still ok. No negative side effects
