Can i use gv30 as a bluetooth speaker? or, can it connect to blutooth speakers or headphones?

Hi there, thank you for your question on our GV30 portable projector. We are happy to inform you that this model supports Bluetooth Speaker Mode, which will stop projecting and function as a speaker.

Also, you can connect other audio devices(speakers or headphones) with the GV30 via the Bluetooth connection for one's preference.

I've noticed that the GV30 image breaks for a few seconds every few minutes ? Is there a problem with the internet ?

Hi there, thank you for your question about our GV30 portable projector. Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.
 
1. Check the Internet connection. We kindly recommend downloading our BenQ User Dashboard to check the Internet connectivity. You can find the instruction video on YouTube by searching "How to check internet quality through BenQ User Dashboard on my Android TV"

2. Check if there’s any app is updating on your Android. If there is, the app will quit unexpectedly and return to the Home screen of your Android TV once the update is complete. If you would like to turn off auto-update to avoid exiting out of apps, please google “Apps sometimes quit unexpectedly on my Android TV and the system crashes to the home screen. How can I fix this?”
 
3. Please change the input source to HDMI or USB-C to see if the problem still exists.

Can i use airpods with the gv30?

Hi there, thank you for your question on our GV30 portable projector. We are pleased to inform you that you can use AirPods with this projector. Please refer to the following steps to connect your Airpods:
1. Put both AirPods in the charging case and make sure that both AirPods are charging.
2. Open the lid of the AirPods case, press, and hold the setup button on the case for up to 10 seconds. The status light should flash white, which means that your AirPods are ready to connect.
3. Click "Setting" on your GV30 and make sure that Bluetooth is on. Click "Remotes & Accessories" to add accessories, then connect the AirPods.

Please be noted that: 
1. There might be a Bluetooth latency causing audio lag when watching movies. 
2. Please adjust the volume before using.  
3. You can only connect one Bluetooth device at one time. If you are using different Bluetooth devices, please pair again.
