Steens Richmond 2-Door Wardrobe, Pine

I was very impressed with wardrobe. For a self assembly item it's very well made, was relatively easy to put together and very sturdy when finished. I would definitely buy again and recommend it.

Product very good and sturdy, relatively easy to put together and instructions simple to follow.Unfortunately I had items missing and one of the panels was warped which was really disappointing but I should have realised once the package arrived as the box was damaged and plastic was used to seal it up. However Once not acted the seller they replaced the items with minimal fuss and have since bought a second wardrobe from them without incident.

Very fast delivery (came far sooner than expected!!), the instructions for assembly were easy to follow.Took about 90 m for two people to put together. Hinges didn't have guide holes for attaching in correct place which made it a little bit tricky.Had to prop back a bit due to uneven floors which made the doors look a bit uneven. The doors don't go right to the top and bottom so you can see a small gap and the magnetic catches.Good quality doors, look good once in place.

This product is lovely quality and was so easy to assemble. Looks great. Very pleased when eventually received.Delivery was a bit of nightmare from the supplier though. Very poor customer service.

The wardrobe looks as described and if well made would have been great. However the base of the wardrobe was completely warped making the assembly of the wardrobe near impossible and therefore effected the sturdiness of the wardrobe when built.There was also several missing parts. Upon arrival of the defective product I contacted the company in the hopes they would rectify the several problems. However they simply ignored my mentions of missing parts and said the warped wood would sort itself out and no replacement would be provided.Definite shame as it looks so great but definitely would not purchase again.

The wardrobe itself is good quality and the instructions are clear and simple (if you pay careful attention). But the packaging was not up to the treatment it gets from our couriers and most of the chipboard components arrived damaged.

Item delivered quicker than expected. Well packaged. Good value. Easy to assemble though need 2 people as it’s heavy.

The item arrived late and damaged. I kept the item because I couldn’t be bothered to wait again for the process to be passed.The product although assembled by someone hired to do so; did not sit together and moves side to side when the door is pulled open.Disappointed.
