Okay for travel/portable use, but prohibitively expensive compared to loose granules & liquids
I’m sure almost everyone in the UK has tried or at least heard of this brand of sweeteners, this is just the newer Sugarly style granules placed into individual 1 gram paper sachets and placed into a branded box with a convenient dispensing section on the front. As someone with cabinets with tight spacing between shelves I immediately ran into an issue with the box on arrival which was the fact that it was just slightly too tall to fit into the gap. So I just gave it a quick trim with a pair of scissors to make it fit. During which I found that the box isn’t very tightly packed at all and it could easily be half the size and still comfortably hold the 250 individual packets. At the end of the day it’s the same old sweetener combo that’s been tweaked to look and feel a bit closer to sugar, I’ve never really considered it to be a 1:1 replacement but if you have no other option it’s better than nothing. It works and tastes like any other Canderel style product to me, including the expected aftertaste, so it doesn’t really do anything different from the normal version for those who are intending on putting it into coffee or tea etc. The sugar-like crunch is accurate but I can’t say I really see the point in that, unless you’re specifically using it for baked goods etc, but given how much more expensive this is than sugar, I can’t say the stick version would be my first choice for baking. The £8.99 price is my main complaint, this box of 250 individual sachets has less actual Canderel in it than the tub you’ll find in any local supermarket for less than 3 quid. This product is barely cheaper than a literal kilogram bag of the same product on Amazon at the moment, so other than being handy for keeping tucked in a bag, lunch box or pocket etc for travel use I really don’t see the appeal. But even then, if you’re looking for a travel sweetener there are plenty of alternatives, many of which are from Canderel themselves. So you could just buy the more compact tablet or liquid versions which do the same job and take up less space while being significantly cheaper per portion. I get that the cost of individually packaging things is higher but being able to get 4 times the Canderel for just £1 extra makes this horrible value for money.

Very convenient!
We use Sugarly all the time, and usually buy the jars. However, we often find that it starts to get a little bit clumpy after a while, and they always end up getting chucked in the bin. This is hugely convenient for us because it's a box full of little sachets. Which is perfect for tea/coffee or pouring over Weetabix etc.I've always found Sugarly to be the closest sweetener that actually tastes like sugar, it's obviously not quite the same, but you get the crunch and the sweetness, and it gives you that sugar hit. I can't tell the difference in tea or on my Weetabix if I'm honest.1 of the 1g sticks/sachets is the equivalent of 1.5 teaspoons of sugar (apparently), I tend to need to use 2 in a cup of tea for the right sweetness level, but just one on the Weetabix (no idea why). You get 250g in total in the box, so 250 total sticks/sachets, with a convenient flap at the bottom so you can easily grab one or two.A trusted brand in a more convenient package, can't fault it at all.★★★★★ - Excellent--My ratings explained:★★★★★ - Excellent: Outstanding product, exceeds expectations in all aspects.★★★★½ - Very Good: High quality with minor imperfections, almost perfect.★★★★☆ - Good: Solid product, generally reliable with room for some improvements.★★★½☆ - Above Average: Performs well but has a few noticeable flaws.★★★☆☆ - Average: Adequate, meets basic needs with visible areas for improvement.★★½☆☆ - Fair: Below expectations, issues that impact user experience.★★☆☆☆ - Below Average: Major issues, underwhelms in most areas.★½☆☆☆ - Poor: Significant problems, needs substantial improvement.★☆☆☆☆ - Very Poor: Fails on almost all counts, highly unsatisfactory.

250 sticks
I purchased these sugar sticks because I wanted to save on calories. This is perfect for putting in your coffee. It's just like a teaspoon of sugar but way healthier. There are 250 sticks which lasted me a long time.

Very convenient
I've mostly been using these in my coffee, but also in porridge and sprinkled on fruit parfait. It mixes in really well and doesn't leave behind granular clumpy bits. It tastes sweet and didn't have an aftertaste to me. However, I didn't find it as sweet as the equivalent amount of sugar. The little stick packaging is very convenient to bring along so I can have a sweetener with me that I know I like.

Lovely taste and handy in Indivual packets
This is for a box of 200 sugar alternative pouches. These are super handy to take on the go or just use for everyday cooking, hot drinks etc. These taste nicer then any other sweetener tablets I’ve tried and I’ve had a lot of different ones.

This isn’t sugarly - the ingredients are different.
This isn’t sugarly. Be aware that this does not taste like the normal granulated sugarly. These sachets are sucralose, which taste completely different to the normal packs.Normal supermarket bags/jars are aspartame, these are not that, so it’s not a like-for-like product. If the description said sucralose I wouldn’t have bought this.Returning for refund as this product isn’t sugarly.
