I had back surgery 18 years ago, it had. I've been a nurse for 10, this posture brace has saved my back. It is very warm & the arm padding could be longer. But, otherwise its wonderful.

Very complicated and not smooth

It's a good product, well made but the size chart is off. Order a size or two larger. But it is worth the price. But Amazon helped me out with the problem quickly and completely

Came in a box that did not match the product. The instructions appeared to have been written by someone that English was their second language!

I’ve never used a product like this and did not have high hopes for it, but surprising to me, it works very well! I’ve started taking meditation classes and we are supposed to sit cross-legged on the floor with our back straight. Because of a lifetime of bad posture, I have not been able to do this without my back hurting badly. I always wind up hunched over to ease the pain.The moment I put this on, I knew it was going to help. When you adjust the straps, it pulls your shoulders back and helps keep your back aligned correctly.I used the measurement guide in the photos and I was right on the cusp between a medium and large. I’m glad I went with a medium. Large would have been too big.

Fantastic, but a little difficult to put on alone.Does exactly what it is supposed to do.Has massively helped my back, it reaches from lower back to top of shoulders.The elasticated straps that reach around both waist and chest are very good - they stretch much further than expected.I would recommend for anyone who has either a back or posture issue.Only issue I can say is that it makes you very hot as the fit is tight.Worth every penny.

Took awhile to adjust for person using it had big tummy and injured back. When did so, it rolls up when seated in the car getting to work as trade. Could improve.

Please do not buy this product. I have purchased a couple of back braces before and thought this might be a better option cause the price was much higher but its a disaster of a product.Its not even wearable beneath your clothes, makes you feel like you’re wearing a bulletproof vest or something, relatively heavier than other braces, causes strain on the shoulders, leaves marks on the skin, makes your body sweaty. Literally one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased.
