I initially thought that the cutter was useless and blunt, but it turned out that you need to move the blade into position, so it really needs to be told how to do that. Also, I don't know if the blade is replaceable when it does go blunt and what blade I need to replace it with, if it is replaceable. I'm not sure if it is a regular razor blade as I can't figure out how to get it out and I don't want to break it as this was the main thing I wanted from this set for wrapping my wardrobe doors. The knife is very sharp once fully engaged and it makes short work of cutting the plastic and does it a lot straighter than a pair of scissors can. The smoother thing help to remove the bubbles when applying the wrap, particularly important when wrapping large doors. I have no clue as to what the stick looking thing is for, again, usage instruction would be very useful. Even the Amazon page only says that it is suitable for various scenario needs, what ever that's supposed to mean!
