Total Ab Core Trainer Abdominal Abs Exercise Machine Workout Free Gym Balance Ball & DVD

This is the third Total Ab Core Trainer I've bought and that should tell you all you need to know. I find it very good for abdominal exercises and following the programme certainly makes a difference, though not as quickly as some would maintain. It's a compact product so it doesn't have to be a permanent presence in any room and can be stored away easily. The only drawback I find is that the pneumatic sections eventually break. It would help if the manufacturers could state if these parts can be bought separately and how to contact them for replacements. Compared to other products it is inexpensive.

you gave us a faulty equipment how can we return it back

This is a great product and great value for money. It's really easy to use and you can feel it working straight away.

the seat broke on day 2, I need to do 100 plus to feel anything, overall pretty poor, the only good thing is that it is small and compact so easy to storemoved to an AB king pro which is much better, but bulky.

product its self is good seems to do what it says, however the dvd is cracked so not impressed with that.ball is good and you get a pump with it so that good .total core trainer its self is very good, nice and compact to store and i have very limted space so this is very good as when using isnt very big.just got it today but very disapointed with dvd and intuctions as they were no help the reason for the three stars only.i would buy again but know your getting what you pay for.

There is not counter on the side to count your sit-ups like the one I bought originally, other that great. (I whore the seat out on my first one as I use it every day).

Best purchase ever to get your stomach back into shape.

Easy to use but don't feel like I've exercised so have started my own regime. Not recommended if you are already exercising more for the novice..
