Okay this is the real deal.I made a cup of this instant coffee following the instructions and it's pretty good tasting, it's much better than another instant coffee that doesn't have mushrooms that I have which tastes terrible.I feel like instant coffee in general is it's own item and everyone should find a brand they like and keep it on hand. It's great for emergencies, camping, a pinch, even if you can brew coffee at your house. A staple.So from that point of view it's a win. It's not super mushroomy tasting but you can smell it. Smells like well, mushroom coffee. :)Now the effects. Fantastic. Strong Energy level, quick caffeine come up and a delay of about 45 minutes to the initial mushroom effects which may vary with your body type, health, tolerance to or use of these mushrooms, etc, but the effects were pretty potent in my opinion. no "I don't feel anything at all" for me.I would caution the user not to mix this with any other caffeine source or energy drink components until you're more used to this as it can give anxiety for people who get that as the effects first come on, but then it tends to smooth out, but since I noticed it I thought I'd caution users about it. If you have a lot of anxiety then this might not be for you, YMMV.The energy is nice, not too jittery, although there's a little from the caffeine. but the mushroom energy is good and the focus component is there so it's perfect for work or focus, so it will be a great coffee for days I have meetings and have to be there and present or for days where I'm tired and need an energy boost before work.I would probably advise taking it with a meal at breakfast which might make it easier to tolerate as it might slow the absorption some and come up a bit slower. I drank mine for this review on an empty stomach.I assume people that take this every day will adapt to it fast but I wanted to write this from the perspective of someone who has taken these types of mushrooms before in a supplement and generally knows what they do, but not in an instant coffee form and doesn't take them every day or is habituated to them.Overall ? Great. Quality. Works. Tasty.Just know that it is for energy and focus.

I have used this product for over a few weeks now and right from day one I can see the change. The quality of the product is unmatched. I have used several other brands but the quality of product provided is really very good. I wake up with high energy, my body feels stronger and focused and the best part is this also goes with my Morning coffee and even with my evening green tea and dissolves really quick.

I just squeeze this in my mouth, It tastes very good, the honey makes it sweet. I would need more than 7 days to see if it gives me more energy. It is very expensive for what you get

Works well do not like the taste or texture

I add these into the regular coffee I make every morning, and they mix perfectly with no strange taste. I definitely notice more energy when I add these, compared to just drinking regular coffee. Highly recomend!

These taste great easy little to go sticks make it very convenient to pack in a bag or lunch box as a healthy snack. Heard about all the great immune boosting benefits of shilajit excited to see if it makes a difference. Good taste and smell definitely notice an energy boost.

If you know anything about shilajit you know that lab testing and purity are paramount. There are so many fake products, but this is not one of them. Bargad Shilajit is absolutely good stuff. You can tell by the taste, texture, smell and the certificate of authenticity that comes with the product: this is damn good shilajit resin. It gives me a nice clean energy boost, as shilajit should, and honestly tastes cleaner and better than other ones I've tried. I think the price is pretty fair for what you're getting. Kind of weird that they say it's "for women" since as far as I can tell it's just regular shilajit resin but anyway, very effective and high quality product. I would certainly recommend this resin to people that want to try this powerful supplement.
