My first order came with the wrong electrical plug, but the reorder was just fine.It could not be simpler. Plugged in my monitor, my lan, the usb receiver for my keyboard and mouse, and turned on the power. I haven't even needed to move my old tower, this sits beside it so all I need to do is swap cables if I need something off the old machine. My morning routine used to take a long time, and the CPU was running at 100% for at least half an hour. The Geekom never went over 20%. Everything just works. Even the case is impressive, solid and sleek for a basic squat cube. It is perfectly silent unless the fan is running, and then it makes little noise.I haven't yet tried all the features it has, but what I need works perfectly.

I am impressed. Loads of performamce in a compact affordable package.

I could probably fit 20 of these into the tower PC it's replacing. And it has better specs., and is quieter. I was a little worried about the plastic blue case's appearance, but it's not bad. It's all good so far.

Great performance.

I'm quite impressed. This small computer is quite powerful and even handles rendering of videos quite well. The quality of the unit itself, the packaging, etc. is all even better than I expected. My only complaint (albeit a small one) is the fan noise is rather loud. It is much louder than my desktop computer was so taking that into concern is important. I record videos so I am having to make some arrangements to dampen the sound. Otherwise, extremely well pleased.

Added 1TB extra 2242, did the 64GB RAM replacement. Had to use AI to search for info on installing the SSD. Disk Management to setup. Good so far, there is a delay to start. I unplug power replug and it will turn on. More info later.

Had been running the computer since January 2025, bought it brand new, and 11 April it shorted at where the power comes into the unit. I am out what I paid for the computer which is around $900. Unfortunately, since I had personal data stored within its internal SSD, I needed to recover data off the internal and move back to my old desktop which is still running at 6 years old. Removal of the SSD means there is nothing I can do and will eventually toss the computer. Please be careful so you don't suffer the same fate, and it definitely was not the result of a power surge as I have all the protections against such. It's a bummer because this computer fit everything I was looking for, turned out to be a mistake.
