Für die Anwendung im Training ist diese Größe ungeeignet, nach nur 30 min Beintraining war die Flasche leer. Effekt war kaum spürbar aber es gab eine Verbesserung. Emfehlung hier wäre die doppelte Menge. Hier muss man abwägen ob es das wert ist für 30 min 16€ auszugeben.

I walk outside and get out if breath easily. This helps me. breathe and I can walk farther.

Boost oxygen is amazing for so many things but I'd stick to the green flavorless one this kinda made me nauseous... not to badly but enough to not wanna try that again XD but I still use the other one

Well the product may work, but I guess it just didn’t meet my expectations for it. I thought it would be more like a small rush of oxygen and a bit of energy. Felt like a fizz of air and then it just left me wondering what just happened. It was a nifty product to try and after trying it I can say I won’t be purchasing it again.
