Why did you pick this product vs others?:I prefer cleaning cutting board in the dishwasher, not hand washing, especially after handling uncooked meats. Had been using plastic but was concerned about safety. Ordered these silicone mats as a safer alternative. They are quite sturdy but still flexible. So far I am very pleased. Would recommend. The larger mats are good sizes. Smaller mat might work for a quick chop but would prefer 2 of the middle size.

I really like these cutting boards. They have no cut marks on them even though I have used them frequently. I was afraid the smallest one wouldn't be too useful, but I have used it more than expected. It's very handy when you need just a small amount of some food. When cutting a large amount of some foods, I have had to use both of the 2 larger boards. The largest is not as big as I am used to using. They do bend, so it's easy to pour your diced food into your pan or bowl. You do need both hands to move them from one area to another so your food doesn't spill. I wash and dry them immediately after using. I did notice the smell of watermelon linger on one board. I'm hoping they don't absorb odors. I will not be using them for anything like garlic. The green is very prettyI. I'm happy with them so far, but I am concerned they may absorb odors.

Very disappointed. I’ve used The large mat a handful of times and it has deep gashes in it from normal food prep. I’ll be sending these back.

Super thick and heavy. They look so sturdy and I see why they are a little pricey. The biggiest one is quite big. I think I can use a couple of years well.
