I am happy with this company, the product and customer support. Being new at hydroponics, I called in to help with assembly. One of the leds needed replacement due to a faulty connector. I spoke with Jensen and he sent me a replacement led wand and it fixed the problem. He went beyond to walk me though the process, answered all my questions and sent me some extra supplies to insure my success . He also followed up to make sure I wasn’t having any further problems. The tower is well made which was a nice surprise because it was priced below similar towers. The pump and timers work well and were easy to setup. It has been growing well and the Swiss Char and Kale and lettuce are outpacing my outside fall garden. I give Alto Gardens 5 stars and Jensen and the Company 6 stars. Very satisfied!

I don't normally write reviews, but this product and the company behind it absolutely deserve one. The ALTO Garden hydroponic tower is extremely well designed, easy to assemble, and made with high-quality materials. Everything fit together perfectly, and it was obvious that a lot of thought went into the design. The included LED lights, large water reservoir, and complete starter kit made it easy to get growing right away. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. In today's world it's rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind its products, but ALTO Garden exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. If you're considering getting into hydroponics—or upgrading from another system—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tower. Great product, exceptional support, and a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing product. The instructions are easy, the tower works very well, and I had plants growing in just a few weeks! It is so nice growing food without pesticides indoors in WI in February!!! I researched a lot of hydroponics and am glad I went with this company. No subscriptions, very friendly customer service, readily available parts like extra baskets. I recommend this tower to everyone thinking about getting into hydroponics!

Well designed system and a company with great customer support. This was my first hydro tower and really my first hydro garden anything. Well built and stable. Customer support is unbelievable I had bumped one of the sets of lights and it fell and broke I couldn't find a replacement anywhere so reached out to Alto thru there website. All I wanted was to pay for a new set of lights. They asked me for a couple of pictures and my proof of purchase and they are sending me a new set for free. Can't ask for better then that in this day and age.

I love my Alto Garden. All of my plants have done exceedingly well. The company is very responsive to the customers' needs and will assist with any questions. I've had mine for nearly two years and have mostly grown a lot of greens. They are tender and delicious. Everyone who sees my tower in full bloom is blown away by how amazing and healthy the plants look. I highly recommend this product!
