Arrived broken
The item arrived defective, as other reviews have also stated. It's amazing that Amazon continues to sell a defective item and then makes the return/replacement process as difficult as possible.

It would not shoot the bullets
I got this for my son we ordered it and it arrived (the package and box were not broken). We took it out of the box put the bullet in and pulled the lever back (like it said to). We went to shoot it and the bullet just stayed in the shield. We tried over and over about 5 times it still wouldn’t shoot!!! My son was very disappointed and so was I. We returned it.

We got this for a young boy for his birthday. He loved it. I haven't heard since as to for it has held up

Doesn't shoot!
This product was a real disappointment. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my four-year-old son, but when it arrived, it would not shoot. The buttons wouldn't do anything. The wings would open and stuff, but the actual shooting wouldn't work. I would not recommend buying this--it isn't fun without shooting, so my son lost interest in it quickly. And it's big--and heavy. I just threw away money on this product, because until now, we cannot find how to shoot the bullets. Complete waste. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!
