Stick together but taste good
Taste good but stick together. No powdery or sugary coating to keep them from sticking like other brands. Would still recommend if you are ok with the hassle of trying to get them out of the bottle and having to separate them. Not too sticky to the touch, just sticky to each other and the bottle.

Confusing dosage directions.
These gummies are so much easier to take than the calcium tablets that I was previously taking. The directions were confusing…is one chew 1000 mgs or are 2 chews 1000 mgs? I had to talk to my provider to get the answer. I’m an RN so I’m used to reading prescriptions, I can only assume laymen might also have problems figuring out the dosage.
