Right out of the can it sticks to surfaces. Once it dries it' s like hard styrofoam and not sticky.

Never use foam around radiator. No foam is fire rated (even if it says it is) use fire caulk or putty around radiator.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. Just fyi, I bought this product, and I believe it does work, but it is messy if you don't know how to use. I bought another can, but have yet to use it. I feel your pain when it comes to the mouse situation. Good luck.
