Turmeric has always been helpful for me to support with managing inflammation.What you get with this supplement is a pure and potent Curcumin extract which is the main nutrient in Turmeric.Typically you have two approaches with these supplements, usually a Turmeric powder where they also add black pepper to support with better absorption.In this one you have a very specific Curcumin C3 complex which provides 95% curcuminoids which provides the high potency but which is why it affects the cost of the supplement because of the higher quality.You get a 30 day supply taking 2 capsules each day. The capsules are easy to swallow. For me I really like the high potency a d high quality curcumin in this which is easy and convenient to take and supports me with my inflammation management.

I have mixed feelings about this curcumin supplement. On the positive side, it is clearly a high-quality product with the "Turmeric C3 Complex", and the capsules are easy to take and feel well made. However, the price is extremely high, working out at around 55p per capsule, which quickly adds up. With the recommended dose being 2 capsules taken 1–3 times per day, it becomes a very expensive supplement to maintain long term. While the quality seems excellent, the cost makes it hard to justify compared to other curcumin options on the market. As they wouldn't be an affordable option for most, I've only awarded three stars.
