Disappointed
I ordered a wig for Hallowe’en. When it arrived the pins that were holding the hair in place were loose. It was in a tiny bag so by the time I managed to get the wig out, the pins had fallen out or were loose. It certainly was not in the style advertised.I couldn’t use the wig as I had no idea how to put the style back together - I’m no hairdresser.I was only given a partial refund despite paying for the wig to be returned.I have messaged 3 times and received no reply.Awful customer service and product.

One star is one to many. Nothing like the picture. Extremely poor quality. Just falls out of shape.
