Amazon recommended a small, I ordered a medium, and I still need to size up. I followed the sizing chart listed, and I’m a full C cup. The cups fit great, but the band feels snug and doesn’t have a way to loosen without sizing up the entire bra. I just had a breast revision surgery (augmentation correction) yesterday, and I was so uncomfortable in my wired bra because it was rubbing. This bra immediately felt amazing once I put it on. The lift is wonderful, the stretch is great, it’s easy to use, and the strap adjustment is one of the best features. That said, if you’re having a breast augmentation or revision, I highly recommend sizing up at least one cup size from what you currently wear — maybe even two — because you do not want anything squeezing tightly during recovery. It would honestly be perfect if it came with a bra extender so you could loosen the band without having to size up the entire bra. Overall, very comfortable and supportive — just be mindful of sizing, especially post-surgery.
