I've been using this pillow for a while now, and it surprised me in a good way. The height feels just right- not too thick that it pushes my head up, but not flat either. Let me first say that I haven't been happy with any pillow I have bought in years. I have had numerous spinal surgeries after a traumatic horseback riding accident. I have been waking up and adjusting my pillows every night over and over. I bought this pillow with the expectation that it would be another waste of money. BUT, from the first night I never had to adjust or change my pillow. I thought it was just a coincidence, a fluke. But, its been about a week now and every night is the same. It doesn't heat up, it doesn't bunch up, it remains cool and supportive in all the right places. Now I have had this pillow for a few weeks and I wanted to add that it continues to be the best pillow I think I have ever owned in memory. I no longer wake up to flip it over for coolness, to plump it up, to fold it over, to add or remove an extra. Other than surgical effects, now its just my cat that wakes me up!

Happy with this, it stopped my almost daily neck pain. However: as a side-sleeper, I wish it was larger and had bigger side arm wings that I could slip my arms under.
