Perfect iron anniversary gift!
This was the perfect gift for my husband for our iron anniversary! I had trouble trying to think of things he'd actually use that were iron. I really liked the color of these and went with black. It is a nice sturdy chime with a nice sound to it.

Nice bell wish it had a metal clapper
This was a stocking stuffer for my son who climbed Mt. Fuji. Perfect gift to remember the special event. These bells last a long time, but you may have to make a new paper clapper at some point. The bell tone is very nice. Reasonably priced too.

Small cast iron bell, nice high tingling resonating sound
This is a small cast iron owl bell with a curved plastic like tail, to catch the wind better, hanging from the ringer. It rings with a nice high tingling resonating sound. Placed in an area that has a good straight breeze and it will ring regularly. If placed in an area with crosswinds the tail tends to spin around and won't ring as much. It looks nicely finished with a gold aged look over black paint. The description on the enclosed package says "indoor chime". I have mine hung as a decoration on the carport where the wind sweeps through and will also use it as guide point for evenly parking my vehicle.

Cute, different
It's a different kind of chime, one that I don't mind adding to my extensive collection of wind chimes. It arrived in a very small box, so the "sail" was curved. I put it in a book for a few days to try and straighten it out, but that failed. I also decided to spray paint it, since the colored thin CARDBOARD sail will not survive inclement weather. The spray paint didn't adhere very well, runny streaks, so I'm assuming the sail had some kind of treatment done to it, but I'm planning on replacing it eventually anyway. The owl itself it cute and good quality. Finally had a nice windy day & I could hear this chime clanging much more loudly than my other 7 traditional chimes hanging outside in it's vicinity. Overall, it's a nice addition to my collection.
