No problems, cute eco friendly packaging
Easy to take, cute packaging. They are in tablet form which is a first for probiotics for me I’ve not seen them in tablet form, they’re normally capsules. They are easy to take I didn’t taste anything as it went down, they smell a bit like crisps such as Skips they reminded me of. They advise on the lid of the packaging to keep the container and when you reorder you can reorder a refill, I then noticed the tablets are held in a polystyrene type container - the material of a paper cup that some places offer tea in for example. As I take this type of probiotic already I haven’t noticed any changes but I haven’t noticed any negative side effects either. This has just one type of lactobacillus it’s the plantarum 5billion in each tablet. I tend to prefer a supplement that offers a variety but as I don’t know much about it, it might be a good thing to keep it simple I don’t know. As they’re currently advertised as unavailable I don’t know if they’re good value for money but I wouldn’t pay any more than average personally just because they are a tablet and the unique packaging that comes in a probably slightly more recyclable refill I I what more.

Perhaps helping a bit
I had a bit of bloating when I initially started these, but it's difficult to say whether it was caused by the probiotics or not as bloating and trapped wind is one of the issues I'd like probiotics to help me with. After a couple of weeks things seemed a bit better, but I can't be sure if my digestion is better than before I started them. Certainly, it is no worse so I will finish the pot.The tablet itself is a bit strange as it is fairly large and quite flat. I haven't had too many problems swallowing it but definitely need a BIG gulp of water with it as it's quite dry and could easily get stuck. A capsule would have been preferable.I like the funky metal packaging and it says you can keep the pot to buy refills, so that's a plus.

Good product - but a high daily cost.
I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you.A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else. The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from DAYE ticks the right boxes. This particular product requires you to take either one or two tablets per day. Personally, I didn't find that one tablet had any noticeable effect, so after a week I switched to two tablets and that worked noticeably better. At two tablets a day this pack equates to a mere 15 day supply. At the current price of £27.50 for 30 capsules these work out at around £1.83 per day, which is extremely costly when compared with other similar quality probiotics on the market. Even if you felt that one tablet per day met your requirements, these would still work out at more than 90p per day, which is still 50% more than the 60p mark that I would consider a benchmark for good quality probiotics.I have used and reviewed a number of good quality probiotics that have come in at around the 60p per day cost level, which seems to be a fairly decent benchmark cost.Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. These have worked pretty well for me. I certainly haven't had any adverse reaction (unsettled stomach, etc) and my system has been reasonably regular. However, the high daily cost would put me off buying this product in future.I hope you find these comments helpful.

useful supplements.
it's hard to quantify the effects of any supplement and i'm not close to being qualified to judge their efficacy so I always try to focus on the quality of the product and not it's performance when reviewing supplements. the stated benefits are something you have to decide for yourself if you believe are achievable by the active ingredients through your own research.with that said these tablets are easy to take and swallow and not unpleasant enough that you will have any issues with the taste and they caused no noticeable side effects or gastric distress after taking them with a meal.they come in a very nice container which can be retained and refilled when you buy more in an eco friendly refill pouch.they are free from a lot of things making them suitable for people with a number of allergies or intolerances to common ingredients.the price for a 30 day supply is a little steep but if you feel they can help improve your health in that area then perhaps it's money well spent for you.

Expensive but good quality supplement
This supplement comes in the form of medium sized round brown pills. They come in an easy to open screw top silver tub that displays good information on ingredients and recommended daily intake. They do not have any noticeable taste and are easy to swallow. At £27.50 for 30 days' supply this is an expensive supplement, but probiotics are known to improve your health and if you cannot gain sufficient good bacteria from your general diet, these are worth a try.

Excellent quality
Part of the daily routine now and these are very easy to take with no after taste. From their ingredients they are good quality. Quite expensive for what they are but I think with these types of products, you get what you pay for.

Probiotics
These are really packed with goodness and they are super easy to take because they are a tablet rather than a big capsule or gel tab. They seem to be a good quality, but I do feel like these are at the very top end of what I would be prepared to pay for probiotics hence the loss of one star.

No aftertaste, good quality ingredients and reusable tin. Easy to open the container and to swallow thentablets. Cannot comment on the effectiveness yet though as not taken long enough,no bad side effect after couple days of taking.
