This is a 500ml bottle of liquid supplement which contains a good range of vitamins and minerals to support not only the body but also hair, skin and nails. The colours and flavours are, I understand, one hundred percent natural.A measuring cup is provided which sits on the bottle top. This has marked increments up to 20ml but will measure 25ml if filled right to the top.Below the active ingredients it states that the bottle contains 33 servings, one being equal to 15ml, but the usage instructions recommend consuming 25ml of the product daily. I found this a little confusing.However, the liquid has a lovely tangy orange flavour, which makes it very palatable and easy to drink. It doesn't leave any bitter aftertaste in your mouth, which is wonderful. If you find it difficult to take capsules or tablets, then this is a great alternative. Overall, great!

I can however say that I’ve found it to be easy to take – it has a nice orangey flavour and no nasty aftertaste, and I’ve experienced no adverse reactions to it. However, I'm confused about the daily serving size – is it 25 ml as stated on the label under the heading “Food Supplement”, or 15 ml as stated twice on the list of active ingredients on the bottle? The bottle contains 500 ml which is supposed to be 30 daily servings – however, it works out at either 20 x25ml servings or 33 x15ml servings. If the daily serving is 15 ml, then a 25 ml serving would contravene the instructions on the label not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Also, the cap has graduations marked on it at 5, 10, 15, and 20 ml – there is no 25 ml mark, if there was it would be the top edge of the cap, which seems to confirm that the correct daily serving amount is 15 ml. My question is – is a 25 ml daily serving actually harmful??? I've been taking 15 ml - I'm going to stick with that for safety. I’ll update this review when I finish the bottle.

The taste is fine, it gets better with time and the vitamins are definitely there as they're easily detectible by the colour they turn your urine, it's easy to take and works well

I recently tried the Swedish Nutra Hair, Skin & Nails supplement, and I think it's pretty good. The taste is okay, very much like concentrated frozen orange juice, very tangy but not acidy and even after a while using I experience no reflux or stomach issues.It’s also a good value for money, especially since it lasts for 33 days, plus it's stacked with ingredients like Biotin, it ,D and zinc, all of which I should be increasing in my diet. While I can not document any dramatic results (I would not expect this) but there is a new smoothness to my skin more recently.It's no hardship taking, I feel good taking a supplement and hopefully over time will do wonders for my hair, skin, and nails!
