These are awesome
I really love these earbuds. Open air buds are so much more comfortable to me and I like being able to hear what's going on around me. These are super cool with the ability to add the mic boom just like their G9 product. But I like that you can choose which side to add them to. Both buds have the magnetic connector for the boom. My husband tells me the audio quality sounds just fine on the other end of a phone call. They're easy to charge by just placing them back in their case and the battery on the case lasts FOREVER.The ONLY thing that's a bit wonky is the volume is slightly lower on the left ear bud. I got a second pair and its the same. I tested it with a decibal tester and lathe left is noticeably lower volume but not enough to make me throw them out the window. I love everything else about these enough that they are my new go to.The other products are also great. I've tried the G2(my other favorite for recording voice notes), G9 (my other favorite for chill listening) , and G3 (My other favorite with the physical mute button for Zoom calls). All of these others are connected at the back, which makes them a tad less comfortable to lean back and chill against a couch or pillow. The A2 are separate buds so they're comfortable anywhere.Sure, all of these products mentioned aren't the highest of toppest quality out there like $300 Bose and whatnot, but for the incredible price, these are my favorite listening and casual conversation products.

The most comfortable earphones I've ever used. Also the microphone quality is amazing.
Simply put, these are some of the best earphones I've ever used. Mostly for the fact that they're really comfortable. I use them all day long to receive phone calls and my ears don't get sore at all. I tend to get sore ears pretty easily. I had to go through three other earpieces before I found these. Which are even better than earpieces because when the battery gets low on one side you just switch to the other side. Lol, I love them so much that I purchased my wife, my mom and my sister a pair. These are the best things I've found. Now the question, is there anything negative with them? There are only really two issues I found and they're not much of issues. The first is, because the microphone is magnetic. When I'm working and I accidentally brush my head against metal ductwork, the microphone sometimes gets stuck to the duct work. (I've actually lost my microphone one time, but I did contact customer support and they were really helpful) The other issue is pretty normal with all earpieces which is if it's really windy outside it can be hard for the other person to hear you. Unfortunately I've had that issue with every earpiece of ever used. Lastly, this isn't really an issue but something to be aware of. Because these earphones don't go into the ear, if it's really noisy around you it can be hard to hear. At least when only using one earphone. I have found when I use both earphones, that doesn't tend to be a problem. The bright side though, the background noise canceling with these microphones are amazing. Many people can't even tell I'm driving when I'm talking to them.

Very good earbuds
I really like this earbuds. I can have them on all day and not even notice that I have them on. They're like a speaker next to your ear. The ones I bought before I had to return because they were bothering me inside the ear and it even gave me a small little bruise. Just hope that the batteries don't die so soon

doesn’t fit normal sized ears
sound is okay but doesn’t have a universal fit for ears. easy to connect to my phone though, i don’t have small ears so pretty bummed i’ll have to return since they’re too big. design isn’t the best size wise

Lightweight, Organized Durable Case, Clear Mic
The A2 headset is the most lightweight and comfortable communication headset I've worn yet. There is some getting used to it resting on the top of the ear, but I can hardly feel that I'm wearing them sometimes.Phone calls and online chats are easy and my voice comes through clearly. It is possible to interchange which side the microphone is attached, and you can also wear only one earpiece instead of both (doubling the battery life, but lifespan is already amazing).Audio quality is the weakest part of the headset, however it's really not a problem for phone calls. My voice comes through and I can hear people clearly. I however would never listen to music on these. The second weakest part is there's only 2 MFBs in total (multifunction button), one on each earpiece. Wearing only one earpiece limits what actions you can perform, and the MFB takes practice to know how long to press for functions such as adjusting the volume a little instead of a lot. Best to use the smart device to adjust volume and other controls. The other bonuses about the A2 headset are that it doesn't have the behind-the-head band and the case the A2 comes in is durable and well organized. Leaning back into a chair is comfortable because there's no behind-the-head band. Travel and keeping the desk clean is easy because the headset pieces magnetically situate themselves back into the case. (The case is how they recharge, so don't misplace it).Though I would have loved to have better audio quality, I'm going to give it a 5/5 because it does what it's designed to do: make phone calls, be lightweight, and be organized.

Comfortable but way to quiet
I work from home 3 days a week and in office 2 days. I tried using them at home and had a terrible time hearing with the volume in high. Wanted to love them because they were comfortable but the volume is the reason I will be sending them back

Needs improvements
Not loud enough for open ear headphones, the detachable microphone is a great idea but needs a lot of improvement, it lacks noice canceling, also it's not adjustable.
